A reputable Engineering & Manufacturing business in Accrington is expanding and now seeking multiple Fabricator professionals to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Fabricator will be responsible for high‑quality MIG and TIG welding and fabrication work across pipework, structural steel, sheet metal, and bespoke metal components.

• Perform MIG & TIG welding to a high standard
• Fabricate components in stainless steel
• Work confidently from detailed engineering drawings
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality output
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment

• Level 3 City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent) – essential
• Proven MIG & TIG welding experience
• Strong fabrication background
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic

Permanent Contractual Hours

40 hours per week
Mon – Thurs: 6:30am – 5:00pm
Includes a 30‑minute unpaid lunch
Includes a 15‑minute paid morning break (approx. 10:00am)

Overtime Rates:
Friday: x1.5
Saturday: x1.5
Sunday: x2

Pay:
£17.20 per hour (Level 3 qualified)
