• Provide full-time support for pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and personalised strategies
• Support 1:1 and small-group learning across different subjects
• Help pupils working significantly below age-related expectations
• Reinforce key learning through modelling, repetition, and structured routines
• Implement behaviour and learning plans consistently
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN teams to deliver targeted support
• Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare
