Location: Leicester
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

An opportunity to join a well established Leicester based engineering business in an Offline CNC Milling Programmer position. You will join a small team of offline programmers working on a range of projects across multiple sectors
Offline CNC Milling Programmer Responsibilities:
- Programming of 3-5 axis CNC milling machines on a range of projects
- Create and edit programs using Heidenhain (Online)
- Offline programming using EdgeCAM software or equivalent (Fusion 360, MasterCAM etc.)
- Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations
- Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Offline CNC Milling Programmer Experience:
- Around five years’ experience machining complex components
- Skilled with Heidenhain controls (Desirable)
- Offline CAD/CAM programming (EdgeCam Desirable)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail
