We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and attractive communal spaces across estates in Bracknell and the surrounding areas, delivering high?quality grounds maintenance services in line with horticultural best practice.

• Carrying out grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weed control and litter picking.
• Completing scheduled work as instructed by the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader.
• Using a PDA system to record visits and tasks completed.
• Working in line with Health & Safety procedures and participating in regular Toolbox Talks.
• Ensuring tools, equipment, and vehicles are kept clean and well maintained, reporting any defects.
• Supporting other trade teams when required to deliver excellent customer service.

• Experience in a grounds maintenance role, ideally within a housing or DLO environment.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and experience using grounds maintenance machinery and hand tools.
• PA1/PA6a pesticide certification (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence with towing capability.
• Strong communication skills and a customer?centred approach.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work safely and professionally.
