Large Format Digital Printer – Night Shift
Location: Ashford, Kent
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 1:30am
Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established print and display production business is looking for an experienced Large Format Digital Printer to join their team on a permanent night shift in Ashford, Kent.

This role will focus on operating an Agfa Tauro large format printer, producing high-quality graphics for retail displays, POS, signage, and branded environments. The company is known for delivering high-impact visual work for major brands and offers a modern production environment with high-spec equipment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for running the Agfa Tauro printer, ensuring work is produced to the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining an Agfa Tauro large format printer
• Preparing and setting up print jobs from supplied artwork files
• Monitoring colour quality and ensuring consistency throughout runs
• Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Working closely with finishing and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area in line with health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating large format digital printers (Agfa experience highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of print production processes
• Good attention to detail and colour accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable and comfortable working a permanent evening/night shift
