- Teach full time across primary year groups as required
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with curriculum expectations
- Support pupils’ progress across literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum areas
- Maintain consistent behaviour routines and promote positive learning habits
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet varied learning needs, including SEND
- Participate in assessments, marking, and progress reporting
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, including phase and subject leads
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with strong foundational teaching skills
- Confident teaching across primary phases, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Effective classroom and behaviour management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development
- Able to motivate and support pupils of mixed abilities
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
