Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy the compliance and administration side of Lettings? We’re recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join a leading agent in the heart of Devizes who have a well-established, friendly team and a fab reputation in the local area.

As a Lettings Coordinator, what’s in it for you?

  • £28,000 - £23,000 salary dependent on experience

Your role as a Lettings Coordinator: 

  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries
  • Oversee tenant application forms and referencing
  • Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections and check outs – building relationships is important!
  • Provide compliance guidance and organise necessary safety checks
  • Create and prepare tenancy agreements for move ins
  • Oversee and manage all rent guarantee policies for the portfolio

What we're looking for from a Lettings Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in lettings, compliance or property management needed
  • Strong communication & people skills
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT skills & attention to detail
  • A well-presented and professional approach
  • Punctuality & great organisational skills
