Multi Trader – Social Housing

South London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South London.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs within both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out general maintenance and repair works in social housing properties

  • Completing basic plumbing and carpentry repairs

  • Undertaking painting and decorating works

  • Carrying out basic tiling repairs

  • Completing basic UPVC repairs (doors, windows, locks etc.)

  • Assisting with basic groundworks and external repairs when required

  • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry

  • Experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or property maintenance

  • Multi-skilled in painting & decorating, tiling, UPVC repairs and basic groundworks

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
