As the Technical Sales Manager (Power & Magnetics), you are responsible for the business development of Power Supply Modules from technical design to commercial account management, having a solution approach with customers. Additionally the employee would to develop a business strategy to continuously develop a sustainable new demand creation funnel and convert current opportunities to achieve the sales and margin budgets and KPI targets, build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, develop a solution for customers, proactively identify new customers, follow-up and develop business lead with new and existing customers, successfully negotiate, implement and manage contracts, present and demonstrate to customers the benefits of the products, provide detailed feedback and reports on sales activities, and participate in exhibitions, and sales meetings.

What we would like from the Technical Sales Manager (Power & Magnetics):

• Engineering/Electronics Degree or equivalent experience
• Fully remote role (Nationwide)
• Supporting designs with a technical sales background of offboard power supplies into markets such as industrial, medical and military
• Ability to cross-sell with similar technologies into target power customers, such as magnetics and other target technologies
• Successful track record in technical sales positions
• Preferred 2 to 3 years minimum experience selling power supply modules
• Electronics industry experience, either with distribution or OEMs, with good business acumen
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to travel within territory on a weekly basis

• Salary up to £55,000 doe
• Fully remote role (Nationwide)
• 15% commission and up to 20% for managers
