As Sales & Lettings Negotiator, what’s in it for you?

• £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience

Your Role as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
• Book viewings and follow up for feedback
• Negotiating and processing offers and follow compliance handling
• Progress sales through to completion
• Prepare marketing materials for both sales & lettings
• Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
• Support the wider team to ensure excellent client care

What we’re looking for from a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• A background in sales or customer service is essential and previous property experience is desirable
• Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
• A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid IT skills & attention to detail
• A well-presented and professional approach
• Punctuality & great organisational skills
• Valid driving licence
