Job Description:
Are you a motivated, well-presented individual looking for your next step in property? This is your chance to join a fantastic, independent estate agency in the role of Sales & Lettings Negotiator at their Builth Wells office.
As Sales & Lettings Negotiator, what’s in it for you?
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience

Your Role as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book viewings and follow up for feedback
- Negotiating and processing offers and follow compliance handling
- Progress sales through to completion
- Prepare marketing materials for both sales & lettings
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Support the wider team to ensure excellent client care
What we’re looking for from a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- A background in sales or customer service is essential and previous property experience is desirable
- Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
- A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
- Valid driving licence
