We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a social housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Supervisor on a voids contract to cover the Chippenham and surrounding ares.
 
Day to Day:
To manage the voids refurbishment process on social housing properties in and around the Chippenham area.

Job role:

• Day to day management of domestic refurb works in various site locations
• Visiting properties, scoping works
• Arranging and managing trades on site
• H&S on site
• Toolbox talks and regular site meetings.
• IT literate

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Building related qualification - NVQ, HNC or equivalent
• Excellent H&S and building knowledge.
• Strong CDM experience
• Strong people management skills
