They are now looking for an ambitious and proactive Lettings Negotiator who enjoys working at pace and is motivated to succeed within a dynamic and respected local agent.

Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?

• Competitive Salary – £28,000 basic
• Personal monthly commission structure OTE of £35,000
• 20 days bank holidays

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:

Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.
Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process
Conduct property viewings, around the Harborne area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.
Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential
• Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process from enquiry to move in
• Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• A full driving license & access to a vehicle
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
