• Provide full-time support for pupils with ASD needs.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning activities.
• Support communication, emotional regulation and sensory needs.
• Assist with individual learning plans and personalised strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain consistent routines.
• Support pupils during transitions, daily tasks and structured activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEND teams to deliver effective support.
