- Work full time across 2.5 days in nursery and 2.5 days with the wider school (likely Reception/Year 1).
- Deliver high‑quality early years provision using play‑based and structured learning.
- Support early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social development.
- Assist with observations, assessments, and progress notes.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Help with daily routines including settling, hygiene, meals, and transitions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent EYFS practice.
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise child welfare.
- Early Years Level 3 qualification is essential for ratio purposes.
- Level 2 candidates may be accepted with strong experience.
- Background in early years settings is highly desirable.
