An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a well-established and growing business within the artwork and print production space. This is a key role within a collaborative UK-based team, supporting the delivery of high-profile client projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to final file release, ensuring all work is delivered on time, to brief, and in line with agreed processes and client expectations.

Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll act as the central point of contact, driving projects forward while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including financial tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and delivery
  • Act as the main liaison between client and production teams
  • Monitor project risks, challenges, and timelines, escalating where necessary
  • Oversee invoicing processes and ensure financial accuracy
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Create and manage detailed critical paths aligned to client launch schedules
  • Support with artwork and pre-press queries, ensuring technical accuracy

About You

  • Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment
  • Background in artwork, reprographics, or print production is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a calm and professional manner
