Job Description:
Pearson Carter are currently working with a rapidly scaling leadership advisory and digital products group. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the commercial definition, positioning, and internal adoption of a multi‑product digital portfolio.

ResponsibilitiesProposition Ownership & Positioning
- Own the narrative, positioning, messaging, buyer triggers, and competitive framing for each product.
- Build commercial assets including one‑pagers, sales decks, buyer journeys, pricing guidance, case studies, and demo scripts.
- Ensure each product aligns with the overarching Leadership Advisory Platform storyline.
- Translate Digital Delivery Standards into clear product requirements and marketing collateral.
- Ensure outputs, workflows, UI, data structures, and report quality meet group‑wide expectations.
- Produce internal requirement briefs (engineering/product).
- Convert RAG status and gap‑to‑go analysis into an actionable product marketing roadmap.
- Run product marketing stand‑ups and cross‑functional working groups.
- Drive progress across blueprint → build → rollout → adoption lifecycle.
- Lead change and adoption plans.
- Build training materials, playbooks, demo flows, objection‑handling guides, and scripts.
- Deliver training sessions, internal demos, and ongoing feedback loops.
- Create go‑to‑market materials for Sales and Talent Partners.
- Support high‑stakes pitches for Funds, Chairs, CEOs and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Build integrated narrative frameworks to position the multi‑product suite cohesively.
- Oversee quality and consistency of reports, dashboards, insights, and all digital outputs.
- Ensure everything feels premium, productised, and consistent.
- Drive UX improvements based on client and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Track adoption, usage, output quality, and client experience metrics.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for product evolution and prioritisation.
Experience
- 5–10 years’ experience in Product Marketing, Proposition Development, or Platform GTM within:
- SaaS / Digital Products
- Professional Services (HR, assessment, psychometrics, consulting)
- Leadership advisory or private equity (advantage)
- Proven ownership of GTM and rollout for multi‑product or data‑driven digital solutions.
- Experience working with cross‑functional product, engineering, and consulting teams.
- Demonstrated success driving internal adoption and behaviour change.
Salary
A competitive salary upto £80k is available
Location
Hybrid role with flexibility. Some onsite collaboration required with senior leadership and product teams.
