Quality Inspector 

Rate: £25.00 – £30.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract Role Inside IR35

Duration – 3 month rolling contract

Day shift or late shift positions available

ReeVR are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our clients leading manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong inspection experience to contribute within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

The Quality Inspector will meet the following key responsibilities:

• Perform final inspection and goods-inwards inspection of components, ensuring compliance with drawings
• Work to daily inspection targets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and monitor calibration of inspection equipment
• Conduct release inspection prior to shipment
• Exercise independent judgement in quality-related decisions
• Support additional quality activities as required 
• Using inspection tools  (e.g., verniers, micrometers, gauges)

Skills & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment
• Solid background in quality engineering practices
• Extensive experience using standard measuring tools 
• Experience inspecting aerospace components and associated documentation
• Basic computer literacy

Desirable skills for the Quality Inspector:

• Experience inspecting components using jigs and fixtures
• Knowledge of CMM or FARO inspection systems
