We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter/Multi trader to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South London.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable carpenter to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs within both occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive carpentry maintenance and repairs in social housing properties
• Strong multi trade skill set - basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, Painting and decorating etc 
• Working within occupied and void properties while maintaining excellent customer service
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• NVQ OR C&G Level 2/3 in Carpentry
• Proven experience working as a carpenter/multi within social housing or property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of carpentry maintenance and repairs with a strong multi trade skill set 
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Full UK driving licence
