Your role as a Sales Negotiator:

• Develop strong relationships with clients, confidently handling enquiries
• Arrange and carry out property viewings, presenting homes in the best light
• Maintain accurate records and client feedback using internal systems
• Promote new instructions across a range of marketing channels
• Negotiate offers and progress sales to achieve the best results for clients
• Keep on top of administrative duties to ensure a smooth sales process

What we’re looking for:

• At least 12 months’ experience in the property industry
• New Homes experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Strong IT skills and keen attention to detail
• Professional, well-presented approach
• Reliable, organised, and punctual
• Full UK driving licence
