As Property Inspector, what’s in it for you?

• £24,500 - £27,000 salary (FTE)

Your role as a Property Inspector:

• Carry out routine property inspections, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Complete detailed inventories and check-outs
• Support the team with property viewings when required
• Assist with general lettings administration to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for from a Property Inspector:

• Previous lettings or estate agency experience is desirable
• Demonstrable administration skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident dealing with clients
• Solid IT skills and a tech-savvy approach
• Excellent organisation and punctuality - reliability is key
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
