Sales Executive – Signage
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid – with weekly office presence)
Salary: Up to £40,000 Uncapped Commission
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established and growing signage business based in Hampshire. With a turnover of circa £10 million, this is a company that combines stability with ambition, backed by a forward-thinking Chairman who continues to invest in both people and infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-quality signage solutions, working alongside an experienced and supportive Sales Director who brings extensive industry knowledge and crucially, realistic expectations. You won’t be expected to bring a “black book” of contacts; instead, the focus is on your ability to sell, develop relationships, and drive revenue with the right customers.
The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK. You’ll be selling a range of high quality signage solutions across various sectors from education, hospitality, property through to construction to name a few, and be supported by an experienced internal team and strong operational backing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects from brief to completion
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on commission earnings
About You:
- Proven experience selling signage solutions (essential)
- A driven and motivated sales professional with a passion for earning commission
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular office presence
