4 on 4 off days/nights- 12 hour shifts (7-7)

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Electrically or Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team. You’ll be the technical expert on-site, ensuring the smooth running, reliability, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role is hands-on, focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance tasks to high safety and quality standards.
- Support and coach the autonomous maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Lead root cause analysis sessions and support process improvements.
- Manage technical documentation and provide feedback to improve maintenance plans.
- Take ownership of your assigned area and lead technical problem-solving.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment – Either Mechanical or Electrical Bias
- Engineers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply including applicants from an Ex Forces background
- Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a maintenance discipline (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC) – Time served apprenticeship desirable
