Build Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing provider who are looking to recruit an Electrician to join their responsive repairs team covering Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity working within domestic social housing properties, offering consistent work and a strong support structure.

As an Electrician, your role will involve:

• Installing extractor fans, electric showers and immersion heaters

• Carrying out general electrical repairs and maintenance

• Completing minor reactive electrical works within tenanted homes

• Occasional void property works

• Working in occupied social housing properties, providing excellent customer service to residents

• Using a PDA system to receive and complete jobs

We’re keen to speak with Electricians who have experience working within:

• Social housing

• Domestic properties

• Housing associations

• Local authority or MOD housing maintenance environments

Essential qualifications:

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Company van & fuel card

• 23 days holiday bank holidays
