Account Manager – Print (Clear Progression to Account Director)

The Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, managing projects end-to-end and making sure everything runs smoothly from brief through to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams, solve problems quickly, and spot opportunities to grow your accounts.

This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, make an impact, and develop their career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of client accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact and building strong relationships
• Taking client ideas and turning them into clear, actionable briefs
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion
• Keeping everything on track—timelines, quality, and budget
• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and add value
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best results
• Bringing new ideas and improvements to the table

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years’ experience in print (manufacturing or management)
• Some experience in Account Management or client-facing roles
• Someone proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Commercially aware with a mindset for growth
