We’re currently looking for an experienced Groundworker / Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy maintenance team covering the Stafford area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of groundworks and general maintenance, working on residential properties and carrying out day-to-day repairs.

The role will involve:

• Re-bedding and laying paving slabs
• Fence repairs and new fence/post installations
• Excavation and basic groundworks
• Carrying out general external maintenance and repairs
• Working on occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a good standard and in line with health & safety

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in groundworks or a similar role
• Confident with fencing, slabs, and basic excavation
• Experience working in a maintenance or social housing environment 
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence

What’s on offer:

• £200.00 - £220.00 per day
