Salary: £51,500 - £56,518

Shifts: 4 on and 4 off days or nights (6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am)

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong electrical background and a good understanding of PLC systems.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
• Work collaboratively with the engineering team to minimise downtime.

• Multi-skilled engineering experience (electrical bias preferred).
• Strong understanding of PLC systems.
• Ability to work early and late shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
