Job Title: Bids & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Belvedere (Office-Based)
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
Our client, a well established and privately owned SME based in Belvedere, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bids & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in bid writing and procurement processes who is looking to play a key role in supporting business growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing the end to end bid process while also supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s brand and win new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission

  • Research, analyse, and respond to tender opportunities across relevant procurement portals

  • Write, edit, and compile high-quality, compelling bid and proposal documents

  • Ensure all submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines

  • Maintain and update a bid library, including case studies and supporting documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information for submissions

  • Monitor procurement platforms and frameworks for new opportunities

  • Support marketing activities, including content creation, presentations, and campaign materials

  • Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all bid and marketing outputs

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a bids, proposals, or tendering role

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and frameworks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in an office-based environment

Desirable

  • Experience within an SME environment

  • Exposure to marketing or communications activities

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or bid management tools
