The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple planned works projects within occupied properties. These works include:

  • Kitchen & Bathroom replacements
  • Window & Door installations
  • Aids & Adaptations (DDA works)

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple workstreams
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
  • Monitoring programme delivery and reporting progress
  • Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams
  • Managing quality control and inspections
  • Resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen & bathroom programmes and/or external works (windows & doors)
  • Experience delivering works in occupied properties
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
