Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Staines
Term: Permanent
Salary: £29,500 - £35,000 (doe) benefits

We are working with an established electro-mechanical manufacturing company seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support quality assurance across production and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities for a Quality Control Inspector:

  • Carry out inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Support quality processes including audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
  • Investigate non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain quality records, calibration systems, and support traceability across production
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure consistent quality performance
  • Assist with supplier quality activities and general quality system compliance

Requirements for a Quality Control Inspector:

  • Previous experience within a quality or inspection role in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of quality standards and structured quality systems (e.g. ISO environments)
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and process-driven approach
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
