Floor Layer Required – Epsom – £25 per Hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a project based in Epsom.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work on a student accommodation project, working in a stable, site-based role.

Job Details:
  • Location: Epsom
  • Rate: £25 per hour
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
  • Start: Immediate
  • Trial: 3-day paid trial (full pay)
  • Duration: Ongoing work available following successful trial
  • Role Type: Static site position
Responsibilities:
  • Installation of click-lock and interlock floating flooring
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes across all units
  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What’s Provided:
  • All materials supplied
  • All tools provided on site
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a floor layer
  • Experience installing click-lock / floating flooring systems
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
