Job Title: Account Manager – 3D POS

Location: Central London – Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

With expertise spanning brand strategy, creative, digital, print, and production, they support clients in bringing campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints - from concept through to in-store execution.

The Role

I am looking to recruit an Account Manager to be based on-site with one of their key global clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to sit at the heart of a major brand, delivering high-impact 3D POS campaigns across multiple product launches.

As the on-site Account Manager, you will act as the day-to-day contact for the brand, managing the delivery of 3D POS and retail display campaigns from initial brief through to production and installation. You will collaborate closely with internal creative, digital, film, and production teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring strong organisation, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary on-site contact for L’Oréal, building strong client relationships
• Manage end-to-end delivery of 3D POS campaigns across retail and in-store environments
• Take and interpret briefs, ensuring clear communication across internal teams
• Coordinate with creative, production, and external suppliers to deliver campaigns
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project workflows effectively
• Oversee production and installation processes, ensuring quality and brand consistency
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Account Manager role within POS
• Strong experience managing 3D POS campaigns is essential
• Confident working in a client-facing, on-site environment
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global brands is highly desirable
