Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days and Afternoons)
Location: Caistor, Lincolnshire
Salary: £47,500
We’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Caistor.
This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

Shift Pattern: A 4 week rota including one Saturday in 4 Week 1: Monday - Thursday 05:30 - 13:30 Friday 05:30 - 12:30 Week 2: Monday - Thursday 13:00 - 21:00 Friday 13:00 - 20:00Week 3: Monday - Thursday 05:30 - 13:30 Friday 05:30 - 12:30Week 4: Monday - Thursday 13:00 - 21:00, Friday 11:00 - 18:00 Saturday 06:00 - 18:00
The role
You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
- Completing planned preventative maintenance
- Keeping accurate maintenance records
- Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance
- Making sure everything is kept audit-ready
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role
- Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering
