The Opportunity
A well-established signage business is looking to appoint an experienced Installation Manager to lead their installations function. This is a key hire for the business and would suit either an existing manager or a senior/lead installer ready to step up into a leadership role.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the installation department, overseeing day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on when required. This role combines leadership, planning and on-site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the installation function
• Attending site and supporting installations when required
• Leading, mentoring and developing installation teams
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activity
• Ensuring all work is delivered in line with health & safety standards
• Making informed decisions based on H&S procedures
• Maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in signage installation at a senior level
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• CSCS card (essential)
• IPAF and PASMA (desirable)
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and teams
• Organised, detail-focused and able to work under pressure
• IT literate with good planning skills
