• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils

• Monitor and record pupil progress and communicate with teaching staff

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience supporting pupils in a secondary school setting
• Understanding of strategies for supporting students with mixed learning needs
• Ability to build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Adaptability across different classrooms, departments, and year groups
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
