An established manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and continuous improvement activities across a range of equipment. This role is ideal for a multi‑skilled engineer who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving, working with complex machinery, and ensuring equipment reliability within a fast‑paced engineering environment.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of electro‑mechanical machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Fault finding
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently in line with engineering standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, job sheets, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and technical teams to resolve issues and optimise performance.

• Strong background in electro‑mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Solid mechanical capability including strip‑down, rebuild, alignment, bearings, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Strong fault‑finding skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical disciplines.
• Good communication skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to workload and priorities.
• Competent IT skills for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
