BOAS Engineer – Colindale – £50,000

A leading facilities management company is looking for an experienced BOAS Engineer to join their team in Colindale. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established organisation providing high-quality services to a variety of commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned BOAS maintenance across site assets

• Service and maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and other mechanical plant

• Undertake water testing, dosing, and legionella compliance tasks

• Complete accurate maintenance records and reports in line with company procedures

• Work as part of a small engineering team, supporting the smooth delivery of facilities services

• Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety standards and site procedures

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as a BOAS Engineer within a commercial or FM environment

• Strong knowledge of plant room operations, heating systems, and associated controls

• Competent in reactive and planned maintenance procedures

• Familiar with legionella awareness (L8) and other regulatory compliance requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence preferred
