Duties as KS2 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum using provided plans
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies

• Assess and record pupil progress when required
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible and adaptable across year groups and varied school environments
• Positive, organised, and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
