Shotblaster – Join a Leading Engineering & Manufacturing Team

Salary: £35,000 – £37,000
Shifts: Alternating weekly – 5:45am–1:45pm & 2:15pm–10:15pm (Monday–Friday)

Are you an experienced Shotblaster looking to join a company that produces high‑quality, industry‑leading engineering products? We are a specialist manufacturer of municipal and contractor cleaning vehicles, known for advanced design facilities, modern manufacturing techniques, and a strong commitment to excellence.

We are now seeking a skilled Shotblaster to join our busy Paint Shop team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

In the role of Shotblaster, you will:

• Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient output of the Paint Shop.
• Shotblast and refinish major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and various components.
• Maximise spray booth utilisation by reducing spray times where possible.
• Mark out and mask bodies, cabs, and panels to the required specifications.

Shifts & Working Hours

This Shotblaster role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern:

• Week 1: 5:45am – 1:45pm (Monday to Friday)
• Week 2: 2:15pm – 10:15pm (Monday to Friday)
