We are seeking an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join our clients growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career within the signage, graphics, and branding industry, gaining exposure to high-profile projects while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The Role:

Working closely alongside four experienced Account Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of profitable work is delivered into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring projects remain profitable and aligned with business strengths.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare survey templates using Adobe Illustrator.
• Produce accurate quotations and oversee project costing.
• Coordinate the purchasing of materials and brief production teams on project requirements.
• Manage projects through to completion, including overseeing installation teams where required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including creative agencies.
• Provide monthly reporting and updates to the Head of Sales.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain responsibility for approximately £600,000 VAT of annual business revenue.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong Account Management experience within the signage and branding sector
• A confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload.
• A full UK driving licence holder (essential).
