ECT Teacher – Full-time, long-term supply starting September 2026
These long-term supply opportunities are ideal for Early Career Teachers who are looking to gain valuable experience while benefiting from consistency and structured support. • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the relevant curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain high expectations
• Assess and record pupil progress in line with school requirements
• Work collaboratively with mentors, teaching assistants, and colleagues
• Contribute positively to wider school life during the long-term placement

Ideal ECT Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to qualify as an ECT by September 2026
• Early Career Teacher seeking long-term supply experience
