Sales Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in sales support and customer service, whether you are a recent graduate, school leaver or looking for an entry level role, this is a great opportunity with good progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up customer quotations.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with builders' merchants and customers regarding pricing and order enquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Support transport team with haulage and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous office or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
