The Role

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils both inside and outside of the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils with Maths interventions and small group work.
• Providing targeted support to children who require additional help with numeracy.
• Working with pupils across KS1 and KS2.
• Supporting classroom learning across the wider curriculum when required.
• Helping teachers prepare engaging learning resources and activities.
• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning.
• Assisting children with varying learning abilities, including those with additional needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.
