The Role

As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and pupils to raise attainment and build confidence in literacy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering literacy interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Supporting pupils with reading, writing, phonics, grammar, and comprehension.
• Helping children develop confidence in speaking and communication.
• Working with pupils across KS1 and KS2.
• Providing classroom support during English and wider curriculum lessons.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources.
• Supporting pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN.

Requirements
