An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Order Processor to join a growing Customer Service team within a leading large-format print manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from order placement through to completion.

 

The Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers and internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the order process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service team with the accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Purchase materials required for client projects and production requirements.
  • Escalate customer concerns, requests, and requirements to Account Managers and senior management when necessary.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are completed on schedule.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and service offerings.
  • Manage customer timelines and deadlines to ensure production milestones are achieved.
  • Take ownership of your workload while supporting colleagues and providing cover during periods of annual leave.
  • Ensure all customer information and order details are accurately maintained within internal systems.

 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or order processing role within the print industry.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • A positive team player who is willing to support colleagues when required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
