Multi-Trade Operative
South Derbyshire

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract in South Derbyshire. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on social housing and must have experience working on both kitchens and bathrooms. You will be working on the responsive maintenance team.
 

The Job and duties of Multi-trade operative:
 

• Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
• Fitting Kitchens 
• Bathroom fitting 
• Tiling

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative:
 

• You will need a Full UK driving license 
• Proven experience in the maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least two working references 

The pay rate for this Multi-Trade Operative role is £19.77PH and the role comes with a company van and fuel card.
