Are you a driven, well-presented and experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a well-established independent estate agency with a strong reputation across Merseyside?

Our client operates across sales, lettings, and property management, the business is known for its customer-focused approach, local expertise, and commitment to continuous growth and innovation.

As Sales Negotiator, What’s in it for you?

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:

  • Manage day-to-day customer enquiries, delivering a high standard of service at all times
  • Arrange and coordinate property viewings using the company’s systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and database entries
  • Proactively encourage second viewings and progress offers where appropriate
  • Record and communicate viewing feedback to vendors in a timely manner
  • Negotiate and generate offers, progressing them through to sale agreed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation throughout the sales process
  • Generate new business by booking valuation appointments and identifying opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to support smooth transaction progression
  • Maintain high standards of administrative processes and company records
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to exceed customer expectations
  • Operate efficiently within company procedures and policies
  • Represent and promote the company’s values and brand in all interactions


What We’re Looking For from a Sales Negotiator:

  • Previous estate agency sales experience is essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and target-driven approach
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and well-presented at all times
  • Competent IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence essential
