Electrician (Temp to Perm) – £26.00 per Hour CIS
Location: Covering KT and TW post codes

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety, and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a leading Housing Association seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team in TW on a temp-to-perm basis.

Day-to-Day Duties for Electrician:
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Testing and inspection
  • Working within occupied domestic properties
  • Meeting and greeting tenants
  • Carrying out reactive maintenance works
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Using a PDA to manage workloads and complete reports

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an:

  • Electrician
  • Electrical Tester
  • EICR Electrician
  • Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Experience within the following sectors is highly desirable:

  • Social Housing
  • Housing Associations
  • Domestic Properties
  • Council Properties
  • MOD (Ministry of Defence) Properties
Essential Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Desirable Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
