Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join a growing electronics manufacturing team based in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who is looking to work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities for PCB Assembler

• Assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to a high standard
• Soldering (through-hole and/or surface mount components)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Inspection and quality checking of completed assemblies

 Requirements for PCB Assembler

• Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing
• Strong soldering skills (ideally IPC standards, though not essential)
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read engineering drawings and instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
