Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?

• Competitive Salary – Up to £27,000 basic, plus commission (OTE £35,000 achievable!)

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve targets and ensure compliance with legal documentation
• Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face inquiries with exceptional customer service
• Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
• Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
• Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
• Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role (or similar) is advantageous
• Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
• Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• A full driving license & access to a vehicle
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
