We are seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor operating across Kingston and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in responsive repairs, maintenance, and team leadership.
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality repair and maintenance services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of operatives carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Allocate and schedule works effectively to maximise efficiency.
- Liaise with tenants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Support the delivery of KPIs, budgets, and operational targets.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, ensuring prompt and professional outcomes.
- Previous experience in a Repairs Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role within social housing, property maintenance, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance operations.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills and experience using scheduling or repairs management systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000.
